We recently had the pleasure of staying at Queen Bee & B in Merthyr Tydfil, and we must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of genuine care. Every aspect of our stay, from the impeccably designed rooms to the delicious continental breakfast and convenient location, contributed to a truly exceptional experience. The first thing that caught my attention upon entering Queen Bee & B was the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room design. The room I stayed in was immaculate, with tasteful and thoughtful decor that created a cozy and inviting ambiance. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the high-quality linens and amenities provided. It was evident that the owners took great pride in maintaining a clean and beautifully designed space for their guests. Every morning, we were treated to a fresh and delicious continental breakfast that left us energized and ready to start a new day Furthermore, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From offering helpful recommendations for places to visit in the area to providing personalized service, their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their guests' experience and were passionate about creating memorable stays.

The place is immaculate, the beds very comfortable, the shower room is impeccable, good flow of hot water, the towels are rich, the host is very friendly and able to help with suggestions for the best places to eat out of access to local attractions if needed. We had a restful night sleep, we would have stayed longer but unfortunately we were only in for one night but we'd love to come back next time we're in the seats and if it's available. I thoroughly recommend the house special breakfast, worth every penny. It's an easy 10/10 from us.

When we are arrived a big happy smile from Julie saying Welcome. Told us to park our car on her back drive. Lovely easy person to talk to and was interested in our journey, showed the living room and then our room which was a “Wow” beautifully decorated and love the theme of Queen Bee with little items that reflected the Bee theme. Informed us of breakfast gave us a key explaining how to lock the door and Julie stated anything we need to knock so very hospitable.

As the name says.. definitely a queen of B&B. The best property we have stayed in so far. A homey feeling with a touch of 5 star hotel room. The room was spotless and immaculate. A walking dressing and a big toilet. The property has a dining hall which can be used for takeaways. It was only 15mins walk from the high street with many options of nice dine in restaurants and take aways. Would definitely be returning and recommend to our friends and family.

The room was beautiful and you couldn't have asked for friendlier staff. They even allowed my friend to park her car in the secure garden area. I would definitely recommend Queen Bee & B to friends and family, and it would certainly be my first choice for any return trips. Thank you Julie & and hubby, whose name I didn't catch, sorry!
